The Walking Dead Season 4

Overview

The Walking Dead Season 4 continues the story of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group of survivors. The season is split into two parts. The first part follows the group living in the prison. They have built a community, with gardens, a pig farm, and a school. A mysterious flu virus sweeps through the prison, killing many. The Governor returns with a new army and attacks the prison. The prison falls, and the group is scattered. The second part follows the group as they try to find each other and a new safe place. They encounter a new threat: a group of cannibals at Terminus, who lure survivors with the promise of sanctuary and then butcher them. The season ends with the group being captured by the Terminus cannibals. The fourth season is notable for its exploration of the character of The Governor, who is given a redemption arc before relapsing into villainy.
