Superbad
Overview
Seth is loud. Evan is not. They're best friends about to graduate high school and head to different colleges, and they have exactly one mission left: lose their virginity before they go. The plan involves buying alcohol for a party, which sounds simple until every step of it goes wrong in the funniest possible way. Greg Mottola's coming-of-age comedy, written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg and produced by Judd Apatow, stars Jonah Hill as the obnoxious Seth and Michael Cera as the reserved, sensitive Evan — and it's their friendship, not the quest, that makes it work. Hilarious, raunchy, and surprisingly sweet, it's famous for McLovin, the nerdy kid with the fake ID, and for understanding that the last summer before everything changes is the one you remember.
