CineMove (cinemove.sbs) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to report content on our site that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle such reports.

About Our Content

CineMove is a discovery and information catalog for movies and TV series. We do not host, upload, stream, or distribute any video files on our servers. Movie posters and still images shown on this site are loaded from third-party public APIs and image services (such as TMDB) for identification and editorial purposes. If you believe any image or text on this site infringes your rights, please follow the notice process below and we will act promptly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on CineMove infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA contact: support@cinemove.sbs.

Your notice must include the following, as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on cinemove.sbs where the material appears.
  3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A good-faith statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. An accuracy statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
  6. An authority statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be ignored. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the uploader or source, where applicable, of the removal.
  • Terminate repeat infringers where appropriate, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA contact. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, consenting to jurisdiction in any judicial district where CineMove may be found).
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material 10–14 business days after receipt, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the material.
