Overview
Tony Blundetto (Steve Buscemi) is Tony Soprano's cousin, fresh out of prison and ready to get back into the mob life — violent, unpredictable, and exactly the kind of problem Tony doesn't need. The season follows Blundetto's return and the trouble it drags behind it, while Carmela, separated from Tony, starts dating a new man, a doctor named Jason (Robert Funaro). Blundetto's return forces everyone to pick sides, and the season keeps asking whether loyalty to blood is worth the bodies it leaves behind. Two storylines, one theme: the past doesn't stay past. Even Carmela's new relationship can't escape the gravity of the family — in this world, nobody really leaves. It ends the way these things always end for Tony — with him killing his cousin to protect himself.
