Friends Season 10
Overview
Ten seasons in, it's time to say goodbye - and the six of them are all standing at the edge of their next lives. Monica and Chandler are trying to adopt a baby, taking the biggest step of their lives just as the group starts to scatter. Ross and Rachel, after a decade of will-they-won't-they that practically invented the term, are finally together. Phoebe, the group's beloved oddball, has settled into married life with Mike (Paul Rudd). Everything in this final season is pointed at the door: new families, new homes, new chapters. The finale, 'The Last One,' became one of the most-watched episodes in television history, and it isn't hard to see why - after ten years, the goodbye happens where it always had to: in that apartment, with the six of them leaving it empty together, ready for whatever comes next. What else is there to say about Friends at this point? It remains the comfort-watch blueprint - six people, a coffee house, and the idea that the family you choose can carry you through your entire young life. If you've never finished it, finish it. If you have, you already know you're going back someday.
