Game of Thrones Season 7
Overview
Game of Thrones Season 7 continues the story of the characters. The season is shorter than previous seasons, with only seven episodes. The season focuses on the conflict between Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) and Cersei (Lena Headey). Daenerys has arrived in Westeros, and she is trying to take the Iron Throne. She has three dragons, the Unsullied army, and the Dothraki horde. Cersei is the queen, and she is trying to hold onto power. The season also follows Jon Snow (Kit Harington), who is now the King in the North. He tries to convince Daenerys and Cersei to work together to fight the White Walkers. He leads a mission beyond the Wall to capture a wight (a zombie) as proof. The mission goes wrong, and Daenerys loses one of her dragons, Viserion, to the Night King. The seventh season ends with the Wall being destroyed by the Night King, who uses the undead Viserion to blast it down. The army of the dead marches south.
