Overview

The wedding is tomorrow. The cat and mouse are already here. Chloë Grace Moretz plays Kayla, a young woman working at a fancy New York City hotel, when Tom and Jerry move in and turn the place upside down — and she has to get them under control before they ruin the biggest wedding the hotel has ever hosted. Tim Story's live-action/CGI hybrid, based on the classic cartoon characters, is fun, family-friendly, and nostalgic, built on the same slapstick chaos that made the cartoons immortal: chases through kitchens, smashed cakes, and a rivalry that no amount of hotel policy can contain. Michael Peña is on hand as a villainous chef with his own reasons to hate the chaos. Some guests check out. These two never do.
