Overview

Pennyworth Season 3 advances Alfred's story through one of the most turbulent and defining periods of his life. The consequences of the civil war and the Raven Society's defeat continue to reshape both London and Alfred himself. His security business becomes both a source of stability and a magnet for trouble. The CIA subplot, centered on Thomas Wayne and Martha Kane, develops in ways that illuminate what these characters will eventually become. The Darkness — the supernatural thread running through the series — becomes more explicitly connected to the larger mythology of the DC universe.
