The Night Agent Season 2
Overview
Peter Sutherland's promotion turns out to be less of a reward and more of a target on his back. Season two sends Gabriel Basso's Peter to Bangkok on his first real Night Agent mission, and when it blows up in his face he does the one thing you're not supposed to do: he goes off-script and starts trusting almost nobody, including his own handlers. The thread he's pulling involves stolen CIA intelligence and a broker selling secrets to the highest bidder, plus a parallel story inside Iran's UN mission, where a young staffer named Noor risks everything to get her family out. Rose (Luciane Buchanan) is back too, coding her way into trouble Peter can't shoot his way out of. Amanda Warren joins as Catherine, a boss whose calm makes you more nervous than any shouting would. It's faster and more globe-hopping than season one, sometimes a little too fast, but the formula still works: a decent guy, a phone that keeps ringing, and a conspiracy that keeps getting bigger.
