The Morning Show Season 1

Overview

Morning news television has a scandal: Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell), the male co-host, has been fired for sexual misconduct, and the fallout is just beginning. The season follows Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston), the veteran host, and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon), the fiery, ambitious reporter brought in as her new co-host, as they navigate the power dynamics of a workplace in crisis. Alex fights to survive in a changing broadcast landscape; Bradley fights to be heard. The network, meanwhile, tries to cover the scandal up. It ends with Alex and Bradley deciding to expose the network's corruption on live television — and morning news will never be the same.
