Loki Season 1
Overview
Loki Season 1 is the first season of Disney+'s science fiction series, set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The series stars Tom Hiddleston as Loki, the God of Mischief, who escapes from the Avengers in an alternate timeline during the events of Avengers: Endgame. He is captured by the Time Variance Authority (TVA), a bureaucratic organization that monitors the "Sacred Timeline." He is forced to help the TVA hunt down a variant of himself, Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino). The first season is a time-traveling, mind-bending, and philosophical exploration of identity, free will, and the nature of time. The first season ends with Sylvie killing He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors), the creator of the TVA, and unleashing the multiverse.
