Star Wars Andor Season 2
Overview
The final season does something clever with its structure: four blocks of three episodes, each jumping forward a year, so you watch a rebellion slowly assemble itself between 4 BBY and the days right before Rogue One. Cassian's a proper agent now, running missions for Luthen Rael while trying to hold onto some kind of life with Bix. Mon Mothma walks the tightest rope of anyone — funding a rebellion from inside the Senate while marrying her daughter off for political cover — and Genevieve O'Reilly finally gets the showpiece speech the series has been building toward for two years. The Empire, meanwhile, needs the planet Ghorman and everything under it for a secret weapons project, so the ISB spends the season carefully manufacturing a story that will let them take it by force, with true believer Syril Karn in deeper than he understands and Dedra Meero pulling his strings. Everything you've heard about this being the most adult Star Wars ever made is basically true: it's about propaganda, compromise, and what ordinary people pay to organize against a machine. It also, eventually, introduces a certain blunt-talking security droid. The handoff to Rogue One feels earned.
