Yellowstone Season 2
Overview
The Duttons thought they had problems in season one. Then the Beck brothers showed up. Malcolm and Teal Beck — Neal McDonough plays Malcolm with a smile that never reaches his eyes — want a piece of Montana's future, and when John Dutton refuses to play along, they escalate in ways that turn a land dispute into something much uglier: business partners squeezed, warnings delivered in person, and the ranch's cattle herd hit where it hurts most. Kevin Costner's John responds the only way he knows how, by closing ranks. Beth and Rip's bond deepens even as she wages her own war in the boardroom, Jamie is still paying for last season's sins and drifting further from the family, and Kayce tries to be both a rancher and a husband while Monica questions what this life is doing to them. Taylor Sheridan writes the modern West like a crime saga — all grudges, loyalty, and blood on the ground — and season two is where the show's engine really starts roaring. By the finale, the threat reaches the Dutton family itself, and the response is pure Yellowstone: swift, brutal, and impossible to look away from.
