Homeland Season 7

Overview

Washington, D.C., after the assassination. The new president is a woman facing a constitutional crisis, and Carrie is trying to protect her family while stopping a coup. Tense, suspenseful, and thrilling, the season runs on two tracks — the crisis in the capital and the crisis in Carrie's life — until they collide. It ends with Carrie taken to a Russian gulag, and with the show's heroine further from home than she has ever been. It's Homeland at its most paranoid, and its most personal. The constitutional crisis is the backdrop; the real story is Carrie, caught between the family she wants to protect and the country she can't stop trying to save.
