Overview

This Is Us Season 2 continues the story of the Pearson family. The season focuses on the aftermath of Jack's death. The adult children are dealing with their grief, and the flashbacks show the family in the years leading up to the fire. The second season also introduces new characters, including Deja (Lyric Ross), a foster child who Randall and his wife, Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson), take in. The second season is as emotional and heartbreaking as the first. The season ends with the family finally learning the truth about Jack's death.
