The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4
Overview
Mickey Haller finally runs out of road at the end of season three — a client's body in the trunk of his own Lincoln — and season four is the bill coming due. This time Mickey (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) isn't defending a client; he's the defendant, charged with murder and fighting the case from inside a jail cell while his license, his firm and his reputation burn down around him. It's adapted from The Law of Innocence, Michael Connelly's most personal Haller novel, and the show leans into that: Lorna running the practice from the outside, Cisco digging for whoever set him up, and Maggie (Neve Campbell) forced to watch a man she once faced across a courtroom fight for his life. Garcia-Rulfo plays Mickey rattled in a way we've never seen — the charm's still there, it's just got nowhere to land. Courtroom fans get the good stuff too, since half the strategy is a defence lawyer who knows exactly how the other side thinks.
