Killing Eve Season 3
Overview
Eve survived being shot in Rome — barely — and now she's hiding from her old life, working in a restaurant kitchen in London and pretending she's fine. Villanelle, meanwhile, is in Spain telling herself she's done with killing, which lasts about as long as you'd expect. Season three splits its focus: half cat-and-mouse as the two women circle back toward each other, half something sadder, about what this obsession has actually cost everyone around them. The early shock is the death of Kenny, Eve's gentle colleague, and the question of who ordered it hangs over everything that follows. We also finally meet Villanelle's family back in Russia, and Jodie Comer gets to show you the frightened kid underneath the assassin — it's some of her best work in the whole series. Konstantin remains television's most charming cockroach, Harriet Walter arrives as a figure from Villanelle's past, and Sandra Oh plays Eve less as an investigator now, more as an addict who knows it. Not every thread lands, but the central relationship has never felt more doomed, or more magnetic.
