Star Wars Ahsoka Season 2
Overview
Two galaxies, two wars brewing, and Ahsoka stuck in the wrong one. Season two opens with Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) and Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) still stranded on Peridea, while Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) is back home in the main galaxy, quietly building whatever he's building. That's the smart setup the season runs with: the New Republic thinks the crisis has passed, Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) keeps getting stonewalled by politicians who'd rather not fund a defence, and Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi) is finally home but can feel something coming. Meanwhile Peridea stays the weird, haunted heart of the show. Baylan Skoll's hunt for whatever ancient power is calling to him out there drives the strangest material, and the Nightsisters' Great Mothers make sure nothing on that planet ever feels safe. Hayden Christensen's Anakin shows up again in ways that actually matter to Ahsoka's headspace rather than just ticking a fan-service box. It's moodier and slower than season one, more interested in old Force mythology than shootouts — and it still ends too soon.
