Deadpool 3
Overview
Wade Wilson is selling used cars, and he's miserable about it. The merc with a mouth has hung up the swords and settled into quiet retirement, which is exactly when the Time Variance Authority shows up with bad news: his timeline, Earth-10005, is dying, and the only way to save it is a Wolverine. Small problem - his universe's Wolverine is dead. So Wade goes shopping across the multiverse and comes back with the worst possible option: a grizzled, alcoholic Logan who failed his own universe, watched the X-Men die, and now wants nothing to do with anyone, least of all an over-caffeinated assassin who never stops talking. What follows is a road trip through the multiverse - two men who can't stand each other, bickering and bleeding through one set piece after another, until they're captured by Cassandra Nova, Charles Xavier's twin sister, who rules a wasteland called the Void. Escaping her is only half the job; back home they face an army of Deadpool variants, from Nicepool to Lady Deadpool to Dogpool. Along the way there are cameos galore - Elektra, Blade, Gambit, even a very familiar Johnny Storm. It's crude, it's violent, and underneath all the jokes there's a genuine odd-couple friendship worth rooting for.
